You are on the incorrect page for your NP-UM361X (SKU# MPLL09642). We have a manual that you can download on the product page for the NEC NP-UP361X that will show you how to replace the lamp. We do not have a video for replacing the bulb at the moment, but the manual should work. Please search for the manual under the product page using SKU# MPLL09642.
